This system is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

No warranty of any kind is made as to the suitability, performance, or quality of this system. The developers and operators of this system make no guarantees regarding:

  • The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data migration.
  • The availability or uptime of the system.
  • The preservation of email content, metadata, or folder structures.
  • The compatibility with any particular email service or server.
  • The security of data transmitted through or stored by the system.

Use at Your Own Risk

Use of the system is entirely at the risk of the end user. By using this system, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of this system, including but not limited to data loss, corruption, or unintended modifications to your email accounts.
  • The developers and operators of this system shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the system.

  • You understand that data migration operations may be irreversible, and you should proceed with caution.
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of your email providers.

User Responsibilities

As a user of this system, you agree to:
